The largest retail center in Massachusetts, Northshore Mall is undergoing a regeneration as a lifestyle center.
Back of house areas of the mall are turning their face as an outward facing restaurant row. This change, coupled with an engaging pedestrian promenade, includes an event space stage that cantilevers over an existing loading dock, custom timber benches, natural stone outcroppings, and retail restaurant patios. Phase 2 of this exciting project opened in the fall of 2019.
